What is the minimum order amount for free shipping for Shops/Dealers?
For jobbers, we require a minimum order of $650.00 to be eligible for free shipping. The minimum order amount is based on the subtotal of products in your shopping cart, excluding taxes and shipping.

Do you backorder out of stock products?
Yes, we can backorder any products we sell through our dealer portal. However, if a particular product is low on stock and has already been sold out by the manufacturer, we will not be able to backorder it for retail site orders. We will only charge you for the products we have shipped and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.

Do you ship to Amazon FBA?
No, we do not sell or ship to Amazon or its fulfillment centers.

How long does it take to process orders?
We pride ourselves on fast order processing, considering the high volume of orders we receive daily. Orders placed by 10 am ET, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

What shipping methods do you offer?
Our primary shipping method is FedEx Ground Service, which offers discounted rates that we pass on to our customers. For larger orders weighing 500 pounds or more, we offer pallet shipping via LTL Freight providers such as SAIA, Roadway, FedEx Freight, and others.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking information. You can also log into your account on our website, and visit the “Order History” tab within the “My Account” menu at the top of your screen. From there, you can see all your past orders and the associated tracking numbers.

Can I get a shipping estimate before placing an order?
Yes, you can easily get a shipping estimate on our website. If you are logged in, the shipping estimator will be located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. If you are not logged in, you can enter your shipping destination in the shipping estimator to see all available shipping options and estimates for your order.

Are your inventory counts accurate and up to date?
Yes, all inventory counts on our website are updated from our warehouse inventory system. However, please note that products bought within our warehouse may not immediately reflect on the website. Our goal is to be able fill in each and every customer’s orders that we receive as soon as possible.

Can I special order an out of stock product?
Depending on the item and the BRAND you are requesting, we may offer special ordering of products. Please contact our Sales Team at 970-360-5788 for more information about this service.

Do you offer quantity price breaks on your products?
Yes, we offer quantity price breaks on nearly all of our products. To access these price breaks, you must be an approved Dealer and log in to set up bulk buying discounts. Once you log in to your Dealer portal, the home page will display any applicable price breaks for particular SKUs. If you are not a retailer, then please call us for quantity discounts.
