How do I purchase from GISWholesale.com?
In order to purchase from GISWholesale.com, you must first register a profile with us. You can do this by navigating to the menu at the top of your screen and locating the “My Account” drop down box. From here, you may select “Register”.
What information is required to register with GISWholesale.com?
In order to register with us, we require only basic information. All required fields are designated with an *. We require your company’s Billing and Shipping Addresses in order to register your account with us. We will never sell or distribute this information in any way.
Can I register without a business name?
GISWholesale.com sells to both dealers and customers. For bulk orders and not be charged taxes please apply for a wholesale Dealer account today. We do not sell our merchandise just ecommerce third party sellers. By placing an order through our website directly, you are submitting that you are ordering products from us with the intent of personal use. Any order placed through our dealer site that is determined to be not following these guidelines set forth may be canceled.
Do you have a minimum amount of order for free freight for Dealers?
Since we are a wholesale company, we do have a $650.00 minimum for orders to be eligible for free shipping. That minimum order amount is based on the subtotal of products in your shopping cart (excluding taxes and shipping).
Do you backorder out of stock products?
We can back order any products we sell through our dealer portal. In addition, it is possible when a particular product is low on stock, we may have already been sold out of it. In the case of our retail site order that we have received that is already out of stock, we will not back order the out of stock products. Instead, we charge you only for the products we have shipped and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.
Do you ship to Amazon?
We do not sell or ship to Amazon!
Order Processing and Shipping
How long does it take to process orders?
We pride ourselves on how fast we process orders considering the volume of orders we receive daily. As a general rule of thumb, orders placed by 10am ET Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after the afore mentioned times, will be shipped the following business day.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Our primary method for shipping is FedEx Ground Service. We get discounted rates through FedEx, and pass those savings on to our customers. We also ship via the US Postal System, however in most cases the cost of this is quite a bit more than FedEx. For larger orders (those weighing 500 pounds or more), we offer pallet shipping via LTL Freight providers such as SAIA, Roadway, FedEx Freight, etc.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail containing your shipment tracking information. In addition, your can always log into your account on our website, and visit the “Order History” tab within the “My Account” menu located at the top of your screen. From this section of the website, you can see all your past orders and the associated tracking numbers for those orders.
Can I get a shipping estimate before I place my order?
It is very easy to get a shipping estimate on our site. If you are logged in, you simply need to add products to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, the shipping estimator will be located at the bottom of the page, and will already have rates calculated for your primary shipping address. If you are not logged in, you can also add products to your shopping cart. Then, on the shopping cart page, your can enter in a shipping destination into the shipping estimator to see all available shipping options and estimates for your order.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA Warehouses?
No! We do not ship to Amazon or its fulfillment centres.
Products and Inventory
Are you inventory counts accurate and up to date?
All inventory counts on our website are updated every hour from our warehouse inventory system. Since our warehouse is open to local vendors, products bought within our warehouse will be reflected on the website within this time frame.
Can I back order an out of stock product?
While we do not allow back ordering of product, we do have a “Notify Me” feature for all out of stock products for our retail customers. When you utilize this feature, you will be informed immediately upon that products arrival via e-mail.
If you don’t have enough in stock of the item I want, can I special order it?
Depending on the item, and the amount you are requesting, we do offer special ordering of products. In order to obtain more information about this service, please contact our Sales Team at 405-362-0918.
Do you offer quantity price breaks on your products?
We do offer quantity price breaks on nearly all of our products. To find the price breaks, you must be an approved Dealer and log in to set up bulk buying discounts. Therefore, once you log in to your Dealer portal, on the home page, it will show any applicable price breaks for particular skus.
